Everything prepared from scratch by our volunteer team, under the kosher supervision of Rabbi David Hellman.
Texas Brisket Dinner
Our spice-rubbed, modernist-smoked barbecue brisket. Approximately 1/2 lb., served with cole slaw and cornbread.
Smoked Chicken Dinner
Half a hickory-smoked, spiced rubbed chicken, served with cole slaw and cornbread.
Burnt Ends
Kansas City-style burnt ends: point-cut smoked brisket cubes glazed with barbecue sauce until just crispy. Approximately 1/3 lb., served with cornbread.
Impossible Chili
Slow-simmered beans, Impossible burger, and veggies with a kick. Served with cornbread.
All-Beef Hot Dog
All-beef hot dog on New England-style bun.
Sweet Potato Pie
Large slice of the southern classic.

Sauces

Pair your meal with any of our signature sauces.
Ari's Kansas City Style
A thick sauce, spiked with cumin and a bit of heat.
Jon's Memphis Style
Dark, sweet, and silky.
Carolina Gold
A smooth mustard-based sauce, perfect with chicken.
